A “Reserve” styled chardonnay. Aged in 1 year old French oak for almost 2 years. Rich, brûlée like qualities on the nose with a balanced structure that supports the richness without overpowering the flavors of the wine. Pairs well with roasted bird and going through Grandma’s shell and rock collection.
