Wonderful fruit flavors of black currant, licorice, cherries and dried herbs, this is a great wine to enjoy tonight but it will definitely reward a year or two of cellaring. Aged 14 months in 1-4 year old French and American oak barrels. Very limited production.
Perfect wine with steak and pasta with red sauce.
