The grapes for this wine were grown by Del Rio vineyards in the Rogue Valley and by Stepping Stone Vineyards in the Applegate Valley. Part of the juice was fermented cool in a stainless steel tank and the rest was barrel fermented. The wine was then aged in one and two year old French oak barrels for six months prior to bottling in early March.
