Viognier has quickly gone from "what is that wine? " to one of our best selling wines. This wonderfully aromatic dry wine has become the perfect compliment to oak aged Chardonnays. This latest vintage is showing more of the herbal, orange peel and apple flavors and aromas Viognier develops in a slightly cooler season like 2006 Finished dry, the aroma draws you in and keeps you guessing the multitude of herbs and flowers present while the clean fruit flavors of apricot, peach and citrus lead you into the long crisp finish. This wine is still developing and should be enjoyed over the next two years, if you can wait that long!
